With this year being both the 20th anniversary of the Vans Half Cab model
and, according to Chinese astrology, the Year of the Dragon, a leader in
the Hong Kong skateboarding scene, HKIT, has partnered with VANS
to build a new take on the silhouette labeled “The Last Dragon.”
Arriving in a charcoal grey with red accents on the liner, laces, and
branding, the highlight of the tag-team design is the addition of an
embossed dragon scale pattern along the shoe’s side panels, heel, and
